To provide a roof panel and a roof, which enable a reduction in construction work on the roof.
The first roof panels 13 are disposed in the upper part of a roof truss 14 so as to be adjacent to one another in a ridge direction 20, and a sealing structure 23 extended along a flow direction 15 is mounted in such a manner as to cover a gap between the side parts of the panels 13. The panel 13 is provided with a purling member 26, a frame body 27 and a roof member 16. The roof member 16 has a sheathing roof board 33, a waterproofing membrane 34, a substrate material 35 and a solar cell roofing material 37. Because a roof component is formed in a panel shape as above, the construction work on the roof can be reduced. The sealing structure 23 is provided with a groove member 56, which is housed in a groove-like space 53 formed in a sealing section. The groove member 56 is covered with a cover member 58, which is locked by a mounting member 57. Consequently, a simple constitution permits the sealing section to be reliably blocked and made waterproof.
