Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cover to hide an end sash bar by forming a rafter clearance holding means with a front plate upper part and an upper plate tip part integrally extrusion-molded through a hinge formed of soft synthetic resin, and providing the tip part with a rafter clearance fitting part for holding rafter clearance closing timber.
CONSTITUTION: A rafter clearance fitting part 4 of groove shape long sideways is formed at the front upper edge part of a front plate 2 through a keep plate 3, and rafter clearance closing timber M is fitted into this rafter clearance fitting part 4. An upper plate 7 is integrally formed at the upper end part of the front plate 2 through a hinge 6 formed of soft vinyl chloride as raw material, and the upper plate 7 and the front plate 2 are provided with nailing grooves 8 to form a roof rafter clearance holding means 1. The upper plate 7 of the rafter clearance holding means 1 is placed on the upper face of an end sash bar 10 on the roof, and the rear face of the front plate 2 is brought into contact with the front face of the end sash bar 10 to fix nails into the nailing grooves 8. The rafter clearance holding means 1 can be thereby folded parallelly so as to prevent packing from becoming bulky and large.
