To provide a roof material cutting device which can cut a roof material smoothly and straight leaving a prescribed width thereof in such a manner that positional deviation in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction is prevented during cutting operation.SOLUTION: On a lower side body part 2 provided with a lower blade 4, a horizontal direction positioning guide part 5, which is positioned on an end part side of a roof substrate 20 with respect to the lower blade 4 during cutting operation, and is brought into contact with a side end face of the roof substrate 20, thereby positioning a position of the lower side body part 2 in a horizontal direction with respect to the side end face, is provided. On an upper side body part 1 provided with an upper blade 3, a vertical direction positioning guide part 6, which is located on a portion of a roof material 21 which is supported by the roof substrate 20 in the state that the horizontal direction positioning guide part 5 on the lower body part 2 side contacts the side end face, is provided. Positioning in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is performed by the horizontal direction positioning guide part 5 and the vertical direction positioning guide part 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
