Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the effectiveness in execution of works by forming a body of roofing material and a creasing sheet through a single piece molding so as to lie in either of the peripheral parts of the body, wherein the creasing sheet is protruded in the thickness direction from one side of the body and embedded in a single piece with the body.
CONSTITUTION: A roofing material 10 is composed of a body 11 and a creasing sheet 12 formed in a single piece with the side end of the body 11. The sheet 12 is provided with a projection 13 erected upright in the thickness direction (D direction) of the body 11, and the flat plate part 14 of the sheet 12 is provided with a detent ridge 15 over the height of the erected projection 13. The ridge 15 of another roofing material 10 sheet 12 is detained with a groove 16 formed at the rear surface of the body 11 so as to cover the roof, wherein the height of the overlap is lessened by lessening the overlap when this covering is conducted, and thereby the rate of coverage is increased. Thus the effectiveness in execution of works can be enhanced through single piece structuring of the body 11 and sheet 12.
