PURPOSE: To completely match rope traction speed of two rope loops with each other.

CONSTITUTION: A rising lane 1 and a lowering lane 2 are formed of traction ropes 11 and 111, 21 and 211, and form a synchronous region for a vehicle 3. A driving station has change-direction wheels 41 and 42, a change-direction wheel 5 is arranged on a change-direction station, one of the wheels is stationed at a fixed position and the others are stationed together. An inner deflected wheel 6 and an outer deflected wheel 7 guides the four traction ropes to the change-direction wheels 4 and 5. A rope intersection X is formed by inclining wheels 61 and 62, and travelling grooves are switched. A wheel 51 and the wheels 61 and 62 support an inner rope loop I, their positions are horizontally slipped, wheels 52 and 53 support in outer rope loop II, and the wheels 41 and 42 are driven by a master machine 81 and a slave machine 82.
