PURPOSE: To provide a bound-rebound stopper device which fulfils both bound stopper and rebound stopper functions and is small-sized and easily tuned.

CONSTITUTION: A rotary bound-rebound stopper device includes a collar 30 rotating round the axis with the pivotal movement of a suspension arm 10 round the axis 14 and a support bracket 32 fixed to a car body 26. The cylindrical portion 32a of a bracket and the collar are concentrically fitted to each other. A stopper rubber 38 is fixed to the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 32a, a stopper receiving member 40 is fixed to the outer surface of the collar, and the stopper receiving member is isolated from the stopper rubber on both sides in its peripheral direction.
