The rotary cleaning device which cleans the automobile glass with pressing by the rotating rotary part 4 is equipped with a cleaning body 1 which contacts to the automobile glass surface G, presses so that the contact surface constitutes the surface shape, and cleans the glass surface G by being rotated at high speed in a pressed state, the rotary part 4 which fixes the cleaning body 1 to the rotary shaft to rotate at high speed, a moving part which can vertically and horizontally move the rotary part 4 while maintaining a contact state on the contact surface of the automobile glass with the cleaning body 1, and a rocking part 5 rocking the rotary part 4. The rotary shaft and the cleaning body 1 are connected with a freely movable part 18. When the rocking part 5 moves the rotary part 4 either vertically or horizontally at the moving part while rocking the rotary part 4, the inclined angle of the cleaning body 1 is adjusted at the freely movable part 18 so that the contact surface of the cleaning body 1 with the glass maintains the contact state.
