Abstract:
To provide a rotary electric machine that can reduce bias of the magnetic force of a rotor, and a method for manufacturing a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 10 includes a stator 11 and a rotor 12. The stator 11 includes a stator core 21 and a coil 22 wound around the stator core 21. The rotor 12 includes a cylindrical rotor core 26 and a plurality of permanent magnets Ms, Mn arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotor core 26. The permanent magnets Ms, Mn are either south pole magnets Ms or north pole magnets Mn whose magnetization direction is different from that of the south pole magnets Ms. The south pole magnets Ms and the north pole magnets Mn are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction of the rotor core 26. The surface magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnets Ms, Mn are different every permanent magnet Ms, Mn. When the permanent magnets Ms, Mn are regarded as mass points by replacing the surface magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnets Ms, Mn with masses, the center of gravity G of the plurality of mass points is located at the axial center O of the rotor core 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
