Title:
ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012115070
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a rotary electric machine capable of preventing embedded permanent magnets from increasing in thickness.

A rotary electric machine 100 comprises a rotor core 21 and permanent magnets 23. One pole of the permanent magnets 23 has an outer peripheral surface formed in a shape along an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core 21, and embedded in the rotor core 21 along the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core 21. A pole arc ratio per pole of the permanent magnets 23 is 60%-90%, and the number of windings of winding wires 12 for each slot of slots 13 is 10-14. The pole arc ratio is a ratio of an angle between line segments each connecting each of both ends of the permanent magnet 23 to a rotation centre of the rotor core 21 to an angle obtained by dividing a full circumference angle by the number of poles of the permanent magnets.
