To provide a fan, which can be classified as the so-called Uchiwa, a round fan, capable of continuously creating a wind with less fatigue even for a long period of time by rotational motion instead of conventional reciprocating motion.

The rotary fan creates a wind by lightly gripping a shaft member and waving a vane member, which is provided at one end of the shaft member in such a way as to be turned around a rotation shaft at an angle of approximately 90 degrees from the longitudinal direction of the shaft member.
