To provide a rotary fit connector that can regulate relative rotation and movement in the fitting direction of mutual connector housings in a state that connection of mutual connection terminals is completed so as to stably maintain a connection state between the connection terminals and to maintain excellent connection reliability and that can reduce the kinds of components by reducing the kinds of connection terminals.

A rotary fit connector 1 is provided with first and second connector housings 2, 3 housing an abutting type terminal 4 and a junction sleeve 5 fitted and mounted into the first connector housing 2, and the connector housings 2, 3 are fitted and connected mutually by rotary operation of the junction sleeve 5. The rotary fit connector 1 is also provided with first fixing means 9 for regulating relative rotation and relative movement in the fitting direction of mutual connector housings when connection of the mutual connector housings is completed.
