PURPOSE: To stop a bucket into a fixed position only by installing one passage detecting sensor so as to reduce cost and time, and enable a worker to perform carry-in/out work with both hands free by adopting foot switches so as to improve work efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A passage detecting sensor 37 for detecting the passage of a bucket 5 is provided in a fixed position at the side of the circulating path of a bucket 5, and foot switches 34A, 34B are provided to input a command for driving the bucket 5, positioned at an carry-in/out port 6, upward or downward. A control device 33 is provided to drive the driver of the bucket 5 normally and reversely according to the driving directions of signals during the input of the command signals of the foot switches 34A, 34B and to stop the driver when the detection signal of the passage detecting sensor 37 is off upon the disappearance of the command signal.
