Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily and surely perform welding at a place with a narrow groove angle by rotating an automatic aligning bearing arranged eccentrically by a prescribed distance from the center in a rotation transmission pipe and rotating an electrode nozzle and the welding wire tip hereby. CONSTITUTION:The driving of a motor 3 is transmitted to the rotation transmission pipe 20 through a shaft 4. In the rotation transmission pipe 20, the automatic aligning bearing 7 arranged eccentrically by the prescribed distance from the center is rotated and the electrode nozzle 1 and the welding wire 2 tip are rotated hereby. By this method, welding at the place with the narrow groove angle can be performed easily and surely.
