A spherical display body 11 with a pattern such as a globe map on the surface thereof is arranged in the hollow spherical container 12 in a state that it is immersed in the transparent liquid 13 filled in the container 12. A weight 111 for obtaining the erected attitude of the display body 11 and a rotating mechanism for rotationally driving the display body 11 by taking an axis vertical to the container 12 as a rotating axis are incorporated in the display body 11. The rotating mechanism includes a pump 1122 driven by a solar battery 1121. The pump 1122 sucks the liquid 13 filled in the container 12 from a suction port as a small hole inconspicuously formed in the display body 11 through a suction path 1123, and discharges the liquid 13 from a discharge port as a small hole inconspicuously formed in the display body 11 through a discharge path 1124. In this case, the discharge port is disposed facing the circumferential direction of the display body 11.
