To provide a rotating mechanism, along with a starting torque transmission mechanism of an internal combustion engine, capable of avoiding lack of lubricant supplied to a lubricating portion.
The rotating mechanism supplies the lubricant to the lubricating portion through a lubricant passage which is formed on a driven plate 4 rotating in a definite direction around a predetermined rotary shaft. The lubricant passage includes: a supply port 21 which is positioned on a side of a rotating member to which the lubricant is injected and supplied in an axis direction of the rotary shaft, and opens on a portion being spaced in a radial direction from the center of the rotary shaft; and an introducing passage 22 which communicates to the supply port 21, and is extended to an inside of the rotating member so that the introducing passage is positioned in a direction opposite to a rotating direction as a portion thereof on the downstream side is spaced more from the supply port 21.
