Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the rotation angle speed of a motor always constant, by generating a pulse-like voltage waveform each time when an object carrying charge or a chargeable object passes in the vicinity of a conductor by fixing said object to one place of at a plurality of places of a rotary part to supply the same to a logical circuit. CONSTITUTION:Floating avalanche MOS is applied to the semiconductor 1 of a rotation detector and one end of the semiconductor 1 is brought to a floating state in said detector and the other end thereof is exposed to the outside. The rotary body 2 of the detector rotates in an advance direction by the effect of the advance wave generated in a lining material 3 and the friction force with an elastomer 4. The semiconductor 1 is fixed to the rotary body 2 and rotates at the same speed as the rotary body 2 and, when the semiconductor 1 traverses the vicinity of a receiving conductor 6, the negative charge present in the conductor 6 is gathered in the vicinity of the semiconductor 1 and a pulse like waveform due to positive charge is outputted to the other terminal 8 of the conductor 6. This pulse-like waveform is monitored by a signal processing part provided with a waveform shaping circuit and an AND circuit and the rotation of an ultrasonic motor is corrected by a gain variable amplifier.
