Title:
ROTOR IRON CORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5556433
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To readily obtain predetermined skew at a rotor iron core by providing salient pole pressed on iron plates superimposed and fixing the adjacent iron plates via the salient poles. CONSTITUTION:Semi-pressed salient poles 7 pressed in half way with oblique surface 6 circumferentially and recesses 8 produced thereby are provided betweek the slots 4 and axial hole 5 of iron plates 3. The poles 7 and the recesses 8 are so formed at the respective iron plates 3 with skew amount L per one plate 3 to meet predetermined skew angle theta. The iron plates 3 are so stacked as to displace by the skew amount L along the oblique surface 6 to thereby form a laminated iron core 2. Thus, since the skew angle theta of the iron core 2 is formed of the poles 7 and the recesses 8 at shearing cross section, it can be readily formed in predetermined amount and the adjacent iron plates 3 can be rigidly interposed via the hole side surface 10 of the salient pole side surface 9 circumferentially.
