Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a rotor which can surely fix a permanent magnet inside a hole.
The method of manufacturing the rotor 130 includes a step of inserting the permanent magnet 132 in the hole 2131 of a rotor core 131, which is constituted by a magnetic steel sheet 1131 and in which a plurality of the holes 2131 are provided in the inside of an outer peripheral edge and near the outer peripheral edge, and a step of making an adhesive sheet 133 interposed between the hole 2131 and the permanent magnet 132, expanding and curing the adhesive sheet 133 by making the temperature rise and the permanent magnet 132 fixed in the hole 2131.
