Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent crack of motor case due to press-fit of a motor frame and eliminate fixing of motor frame with a bonding agent in a rotor of a motor where the motor frame is provided between the motor case made of resin and magnet in order to improve the magnetic characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: As a motor frame 35, a split ring having cut a part of a body in the circumferential direction is used. When it is press-fit into the motor case 21, the motor frame 35 is deformed by elastic contraction in the circumferential direction. After the press-fit, the motor frame 35 is held and fixed in the motor case 21 with the reaction force of the contraction deformation.
