Title:
ROTOR FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3816863
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a rotor for a rotary electric machine which keeps the mounting state of a magnet to the sidewall of a claw-shaped magnetic pole without the magnet, which is arranged at the sidewall of the claw-shaped magnetic pole of the pole core of the rotor of the rotary electric machine, shifting even if there is vibration caused by the rotation of itself.
SOLUTION: A magnet assembly is constituted by mounting magnets, which are arranged on both sides of the claw-shaped magnetic poles of a pair of pole cores set such that they surround a rotor coil from both sides of a rotating shaft, engaging their claw-shaped magnetic poles with each other, so as to give magnetic fields in the reverse direction to the direction of magnetic flux between the adjacent claw-shaped magnetic poles, on both sides of a magnet mounting member where magnet holders are arranged on both sides and whose middle part is made in a shape of a plate fitting the axial incline of the claw-shaped magnetic pole, and in each claw-shaped magnetic pole of the pole core, a hook is arranged on the axial side of the tip of the axial incline, and after mounting the magnet assembly, a backup ring is set on the axial incline of the magnet mounting member.
