Abstract:
To obtain a rubber composition and a joint sheet having improved resistances to heat and steam in no use of asbestos as a base fiber.
This rubber composition mainly comprises a rubber component, base fiber, filler and rubber additives where the rubber component contains, as essential components, nitrile rubber and hydrogenated nitrile rubber, and where the total of the blended components is set to 10-25wt.% (the percent in weight of the components in the rubber composition means the value after subtracting the amount of a solvent in the case that the solvent is used).
