Abstract:
To improve an on-ice performance and a wet performance.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for a studless tire tread according to an embodiment contains 20-50 pts.mass of carbon black, 5-60 pts.mass of silica, and 0.1-20 pts.mass of a cyclic alkoxide represented by a following general formula (1) based on 100 pts.mass of a rubber component containing 30-60 pts.mass of natural rubber and 40-70 pts.mass of polybutadiene rubber. In the formula (1), M represents a divalent metal atom; and R1 and R2 each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a hydroxy group-substituted alkyl group, an amino group-substituted alkyl group or a thiol group-substituted alkyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
