To provide a dienic rubber composition which has excellent processability for the composition containing silica, even when the content of carbon black is small, and further has an improved balance between low rolling resistance and wet skid resistance, improved strength characteristics, and the like.
This dienic polymer rubber composition comprises (A-1) 100 pts.wt. (total amount) of a conjugated dienic rubbery polymer or a conjugated diene-styrene-based rubbery copolymer which contains (1) >60 wt.% of a modified polymer obtained by reacting the rubbery polymer with a multi-functional compound having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule in an epoxy group/ rubbery polymer active terminal group equivalent ratio of >1 to 10, and has (2) a polymer mol.wt. distribution Mw/Mn of 1.05 to 3.0 and (3) a polymer weight-average mol.wt. of 100,000 to 2,000,000, (B) 25 to 100 pts.wt. of reinforcing silica, and (C) 0.1 to 20 pts.wt. (total amount) of a vulcanizer and a vulcanization accelerator.
