Title:
RUBBER CRAWLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04271979
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely prevent the slip-off of a rubber crawler by constituting a core metal embedded in a rubber elastic body from an angular part which projects on the inner peripheral surface of the rubber crawler from the center and each rolling surface for a roller which is formed on both the outsides of the angular part and formed on the nearly same plane to the inner peripheral surface of the rubber elastic body.

CONSTITUTION: In a rubber crawler A, steel cords 20 are embedded in the longitudinal direction, and core metals 12 are embedded, keeping a certain pitch in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the core metal 12 is formed by integrally forming the left and right blade parts 13 and 14 and an angular part 15 which projects from the inner peripheral surface of the rubber crawler at the center. Further, the outside of the angular part 15 is formed to rolling surfaces 16 and 17 for the rolling of a roller which is embedded so as to be nearly on the same plane to the inner peripheral surface of a rubber elastic body 11, and the bulged-out parts 18 and 19 in the reverse directions are formed ahead and behind in the longitudinal direction of the rubber crawler A, on the rolling surfaces 16 and 17. Further, a sprocket engagement hole 21 is formed so as to be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the rubber crawler A between the angular part 15 and the rolling surfaces 16 and 17 between the contiguous core metals 12 and 12.
