Abstract:
To provide boots made of rubber which are sensible for walking and excellent in durability without spoiling flexibility.
A rubber sheet for manufacturing the boots is made of an integrated rubber sheet with thickness of about 0.5-2.5 mm which is processed in one sheet with a soft unvulcanized rubber and a net sheet made of 20-200 meshes of nylon, polyester, vinylon, acryl, or carbon fiber by topping or doubling. The integrated rubber sheet is cut into suitable sizes for a leg section sheet, an instep section sheet, or the like, which are adhered to the underlining of a woven cloth on a last mold, and the boot is manufactured through vulcanization treatment.
