Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten time required for the input of a ruled line by making it possible to input a ruled line also by image input in addition to its input to a display screen. CONSTITUTION:Only ruled lines are drawn on a sheet, inputted from an image input means 5 and converted into ruled line information by a ruled line converting means 6. The ruled line information is stored in a picture information memory 2 and displayed on a CRT 4 by a display control means 3. A user inputs characters from an input means 1 in accordance with the ruled lines displayed on the CRT 4.
