Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running drive device to perform uniform drive of right and left running devices during direct advance as a continuously variable gear shifter is used and provide various turn patterns with high operability by freely setting a turn radius and a turn speed.
SOLUTION: A continuous variable gear shifter 3 for shifting high and low speeds arranged at a drive system for a pair of right and left running devices 1 and a continuously variable gear sifter 4 for operating a turn are constituted individually in a gear shift operable manner, and a transmission route switching means A is provided to switch it individually to the right and the left from which of drive systems for the continuously variable gear shifters 3 and 4 a power transmitted to each of the right and left running devices 1 is inputted. During direct advance of a machine body, a power from the continuously variable gear shifter 3 for shifting high and low speeds is transmitted to both the right and left running devices to drive the devices. During turning of the machine body, a power from the continuously variable gear shifter 3 for shifting high and low speeds is transmitted to one running device 1 and a power from the continuously variable gear shifter 4 for turn operation is transmitted to the other running device l to drive the device.
