Abstract:
To stabilize a running method by resolving such problems of the running method that a rear foot sticks out from a health promotion mat due to a foot massage, while running back and forth, the rear foot diagonally laterally slips to the left/right while running backward, and it is difficult to determine a longitudinal position, and to provide a health promotion mat on which a foot massage, etc., can be performed on a separately placed mat, and on which various types of exercise can be performed as a result.SOLUTION: Problems of performing foot massage, while running back and forth and stabilization of a running method by which a position of the back/forth running is not stabilized, are resolved by attaching a bamboo foot-massage board 2 formed into a falcate shape, to a rubber mat 1, where the mat 1 does not draw back, not causing aging damage of a wooden floor in a room. A foot massage performed on a separately placed mat is resolved by facilitating attachment thereof to the health promotion mat. Consequently, various types of exercises such as yoga exercises can be performed thereon. The portable, convenient, simple and diversified health promotion running mat 1 can be thus constructed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
