To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of being preferably parked and stored in a state where inclination of a vehicle body is restricted.
The saddle-riding type vehicle includes: a stabilizer 53 for vertically movably supporting a pair of rear wheels relative to the vehicle body; and a switching mechanism 71 for switching it to the movable state that vertical movement of the pair of rear wheels is allowed and the fixed state that the vertical movement of the pair of wheels is restricted. The switching mechanism 71 includes a bonding pin member 75 for making it in the fixed state by restricting rotation of the stabilizer 53 around a rotation axis P relative to the vehicle body by being bonded to the stabilizer 53; and a solenoid 73 fixedly provided on the vehicle body and bonding the bonding pin member 75 to the stabilizer 53 by driving the bonding pin member 75. Further, by switching the fixed state by the switching mechanism 71, parking can be preferably performed in the state that the vehicle body is stood itself, and further, it can be preferably stored.
