To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle in which a position of grab bar can be arranged more rearward than conventional ones while degradation in maintainability and increase in size of a vehicle rear part are suppressed.
In a saddle-riding type vehicle, a tail cover is positioned behind a seat and between a left side cover and a right side cover. A cross member is positioned across a left supporting frame and a right supporting frame. A grab bar is attached to the cross member in an attachable and detachable manner. The tail cover, in the plan view of the vehicle, is arranged to at least partially overlap a part of attaching the cross member and the grab bar. In a state in which the side covers and the grab bar are attached to the vehicle, the tail cover can be attached to and detached from the vehicle.
