Abstract:
To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle with a cover member protecting an interlocking mechanism of an interlocking front/rear brake system connected with a brake pedal.SOLUTION: A saddle-type vehicle (1) includes: an interlocking mechanism (S) connected with a brake pedal (27) to interlock a front wheel brake (BF) with a rear wheel brake (BR); a swing arm (44) rotatably journaling a rear wheel (WR) and oscillatably journaled to a vehicle body frame (7); and a cover member (80) mounted on the top of the swing arm (44). The cover member (80) is formed to integrate, including a rear fender part (82) covering vehicle body front and top sides of a rear wheel (WR) and a protective cover part (87) covering at least a part of the interlocking mechanism (S) from the vehicle body top and lateral sides. On the rear face side of the cover member (80) and between the protective cover part (87) and the rear fender part (82), a wall member (81) is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
