Abstract:
To reduce a bothersome works in using a cellular phone and surely avoid dropping of one.
A protruded part 2 is provided at an end of a rod-shaped metal outer material 1, at the other end of which is provided a strap fitting part 3, with which is provided a support part 4, to which a rod-shaped metal inner material 5 is fitted in free rotation movement by a pin 9. A linear part 6 of a straight-line linear part 6 is provided at an end of the inner material 5 and a coil spring 7 is provided between a protruded part 8 of the inner material 5 and the support part 4.
