Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent completely the damage or the like of works due to erroneous operations, by incorporating a peculiar code given to an NC machine to the start of control information and reading this code first to compare it with a peculiar code of the NC machine and interrupting taking-in of control information when the dissidence between them is detected. CONSTITUTION:A transportation device 1 and plural NC machines 2 and 3 constitute a working system for plural machine tools, and the device 1 is provided with n-number of work holding stations, and work information 5 is set to respective works 1-(n). Respective working fields of NC machines 2 and 3 are set preliminarily to control information 4 as two pieces of control information A and B. Each of NC machines 2 and 3 is provided with a machine body 6, a safety controller 8, and an NC device 7. Peculiar codes given to NC machines 2 and 3 are added to the start of two pieces of control information A and B, and a read-out code is compared with peculiar codes of NC machines 2 and 3 in controllers 8, and respective works are executed when they coincide with each other; but if they do not coincide with each other, taking-in of control information 4 is interrupted, and an alarm is issued.
