Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a gate bar to an open position of a hatch in response to the spring-up motion of a console box disposed at the side of a driver's seat in a construction machine.
SOLUTION: A gate bar 34 opening/closing a hatch 17 of a cabin and an operation lever 31 are provided to be rotatable around the horizontable axis in a console frame 15 pivoted to be rotatable around the horizontal axis at the side of a driver's seat of a cabin. Mutual ends of the gate bars of the operation levers are connected by a connection rod 37 and the actuation point of the operation lever and the lower frame 13 are connected by a grooved link 38 to constitute it so that the gate bar is rotated from the closed position of the gate to the open position thereof by the operation of the operation lever of the gate bar or the operation of a lever 20 for spring-up the frame. When the operation lever is at the open position of the gate, an interception signal is transmitted from a positional detector 42 to an interception device 36, an erroneous operation of a working attachment 45 such as a boom, an arm or the like can be prevented even if an operation lever L is operated.
