Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open-ended safety watching system for watching safety of the weak.SOLUTION: A safety watching system includes a plurality of transmitters 10 that each watching person is made to carry and that transmits a radio wave including transmitter ID information, and a plurality of cameras 20 that receives a radio wave from the transmitter 10 that is installed at each of a plurality of locations on the transit path of the watching person and that is carried by the watching person when the watching person approaches, performs photographing only within a time when probability is high such that the watching person stays within a photographing field of vision prompted by the reception, and generates a mapped photographing image that maps a photographed image obtained by the photographing with transmitter ID information included in the radio wave to be the opportunity of the photographing and time information when the photographing is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
