To reduce the time and effort required for a sales data processor to manage settlement completion information.SOLUTION: A sales data processor 10 installed in a store has a BLE communication unit that enables data communication with a terminal device 20 through a wireless communication connection with the terminal device 20, creates a QR code (code symbol) that includes store-specific store identification information and connection information for implementing wireless communication connection, and causes a customer display 16B to display the created QR code when registering item transaction information. When receiving a response from the terminal device 20 based on the connection information, the sales data processor 10 pairs the sales data processor 10 with the terminal device 20 and receives settlement completion information transmitted from the terminal device 20 indicating that the settlement to the store has been completed for the item transaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
