To realize security of a prepaid card vending machine for a sales system using prepaid cards.
The sales system enables the prepaid card vending machine to issue a ticket of the prepaid card vending machine if the certification result is valid through the certification by comparing the information preset on the data table with the information sent by the prepaid card vending machine whenever the machine is connected to a router, and stops the ticket issuing operation until the prepaid card vending machine is connected to the router and the certification result by the security center becomes valid if the prepaid card vending machine can not confirm the connection by regularly confirming the connection to the router.
