To easily detect whether a sample exists at an opening, and to reduce useless movement of a suction vessel based on the detection result, by providing a wiring comprising a pair of conductive portions extending to the opening for sucking the sample, for recognizing a sample surface.
A wiring 13 comprising a pair of conductive portions 12 extending to a sucking opening of a sucking resin vessel 11 or the tip of a bar-shaped vessel is formed in a method such as printing, resistance between the pair of conductive portions 12 is observed, and thereby, whether a sample contacts or not can be checked. Otherwise, with the wiring 13 comprising the pair of conductive portions 12 extending to the opening for sucking the sample to a reserving portion, resistance of this portion is observed to allow detection of amount of the sample. In addition, a transfer vessel used for such application is very inexpensive because it is often disposable.
