Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve a shorter sampling time and a higher life of blade, by cutting a sampling part to sample a specimen for analysis after sampling part of a cast piece is heated to over a prescribed temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The perimeter of sampling part of a cast piece 20 is cut with a sampling device 1 into a form of a groove ring and then, the base of the sampling part is root cut to sample a specimen for analysis from the surface of the cast piece 20. Here, the sampling part is cut to sample the specimen for analysis after the sampling part of the cast piece 20 is heated with a lift 10 to over a prescribed temperature value. This achieve a shorter sampling time and higher life of the blade.
