PURPOSE: To improve sand screening efficiency by a net body of a rotary driven type sand screening sorter and at the same time to heighten the speed of sending out sand which is out of standard and remaining in the inside of a cylindrical drum to the discharging outlet side and to provide sufficient sorting effect even in the case of low rotary frequency in order to make the sorter compact.
CONSTITUTION: Along the axial line, a water supplying tube 90 is laid near the rotary center axial line X in the inside of a cylindrical drum 2 and a large number of tilting sending bodies 92 which have tilting faces 92a to send sand to the discharging outlet 8a side following the rotation are installed in the inner face part of the cylindrical drum 2 and a large number of taper-shaped through holes 98 more widely opened to the front sides of the tilting faces 92a and the open size of the through holes 98 is set to be wider than that of the mesh of the net body 6.
