To use a device under the same state as the state immediately before service interruption while effectively utilizing a memory region when a power supply is tuned on again after service interruption in a sanitary flushing device, in which information regarding the set state of a sanitary function is stored in a non-volatile memory.
When a tact switch 160 setting the execution states of each function under the state of initialization (off) after a power supply is turned on first is depressed, the fact that the execution states are set at on is stored in a back-up RAM, and the execution states are set at on (steps S334, S338). When the tact switch 160 is further depressed, the fact that the current execution state is turned on is decided, and the fact that the execution state is changed over to off is stored in the back-up RAM, and the execution state is set off (steps S324, S328). When service interruption is generated under the state and the power supply is turned on again, data stored in the back-up RAM are read (a step S302), and the execution state is set off (a step S314).
