Abstract:
To provide a UV-sterilization sanitary mask that is excellent in sterilization performance and safety and is easy to breathe.SOLUTION: A sanitary mask is provided with a mask body 1 of a shell structure, and has, inside thereof, an intermediate room 4 exposed to a nose N and a mouth M of a human being, and a bag-like portion 27 vertically opened. A top end of the bag-like portion 27 is communicated with the intermediate room 4 through a meander passage 32, and a bottom end of the bag-like portion 27 is opened toward the outside. A top plate 18 and a bottom plate 19 are provided with a ventilation hole 20. The bag-like portion 27 is provided with a glass lamp type UV emitter 15. Although bacterium or virus can be intoxicated by the UV rays while easily breathing, because the UV-ray does not irradiate a human face, safety is excellent. Because sterilization is applied even during inhaling or exhaling, both self-infection and infection with others can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
