To make sanitarily usable sanitary panties with good touch regardless of day and night by forming the main body of sanitary panties of paper, thickening an inside leg part and an inside leg rear part compared with the inside leg front part and increasing the thickness of both sides of the inner surface of the inside leg part so as to improve the absorbing power.

The main body of the sanitary panties 1 is made of paper and the thickness of the inner surface of the inside leg part 2 and an inside leg rear part 3 are formed to be larger than that of the inside leg front part 4 in the range of about 3 to 5 mm.
