Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sanitary product manufacturing device whereby a web sheet of a sanitary product of panty liner, sanitary napkin, etc., can be effectively used with no waste.
CONSTITUTION: A cutting part 10 comprises an anvil roller 11 and a die cut roller 12 arranged to be opposed to feed a web sheet 1S therebetween, and a polymerized working part 20 comprises a feed roller 21 arranged to be opposed to the die cut roller 12 and a retaining table 22 arranged to be opposed to the feed roller 21 to feed a packing film 2S in an upper surface of the table. In the die cut roller 12, in its roller surface, a cut sanitary product, while sucked, is delivered to the feed roller 21, and in the feed roller 21, in its roller surface, the cut sanitary product, while sucked, is delivered to the retaining table 22, to form a diameter of the feed roller 21 larger than the die cut roller 12, so as to spread a space between the fellow sanitary products.
