To provide sanitary shorts to which a sanitary napkin whose rear part side is configured to be long such as a sanitary napkin for night time or a sanitary napkin for maximum protection can be firmly fixed without position-shifting or wrinkling the rear part side when wearing it.
In the sanitary shorts 14 composed of a front section 15, a rear section 16 and a crotch part 17 connecting them to be worn with the sanitary napkin 1, a rear part fixing means 30 for fixing the rear part side of the napkin 1 is provided. The rear part fixing means 30 is a rear part fixing cloth 31 provided so as to form a pocket opened on the crotch side on the inner surface side of the rear section, elastic cord members 30A and 30B provided so as to fix and hold the rear part side and an absorbent article rear part fixing cloth 38 provided in a prescribed width along the longitudinal direction on the center of the shorts on the inner surface side at least from the crotch part to the rear section.
