PURPOSE: To provide a flashing device blowing off washing water adhering to the human body to make it possible to dry the washing water within a short period of time without using toile paper.
CONSTITUTION: A sanitary water closet device is equipped with a flashing device consisting of a pair of flashing nozzles 11, and after the washing, most of water drops adhering to the human body 5 is removed thereby. Warm air is supplied to the flashing nozzles 11 provided to both right and left insides of a closet seat 3 from a high pressure blowing fan 12 and a heater 13, so that drying can be simultaneously made by warm air while blowing off washing water adhering to the human body by injection. Accordingly, drying time can be reduced to promote convenience efficiency.
