This isolated new SBHWSB2 polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 97% identity to amino acid sequence over total length of the formula and the SBHWSB2 polypeptide and polynucleotide are useful for treatment, diagnosis, assay, etc., of functional disorder or diseases including cancers, obesity, inflammatory disorders, heart diseases, Crohn's diseases, nervous disorders and immune disorders.
