This system comprises a print information generating means for reading CAD information about the house to be constructed, then obtaining position information for specifying the mounting position when scantling materials of the same kind are picked up while using as one unit a common scantling material for a predetermined reference, and generating print information in a predetermined format according to the position information; a processing command generating means for generating an assembly of processing commands for each one unit by obtaining information about the sizes of the scantling materials when the scantling materials of the same kind are picked up for one unit of the scantling material; a processor for processing material into scantlings of predetermined sizes according to the processing commands for one unit of the scantling material; and a printing means for printing on the scantlings as the scantling material to be processed into the predetermined sizes according to the print information given from the print information creating means is processed.
