To easily mix an agricultural chemical with water and also easily scatter the agricultural chemical solution, by providing a wide-mouthed bottle body having an agricultural chemical container, a circular cutter contained from the upper opening and detachably fitted at the upper inside face and having the outside face inserted from the lower opening and detachably fitted at the inside face of the cutter at the upper opening.
Water is poured in a bottle body 4 or a bottle body 4 connected to a cutter 3 and then an agricultural chemical bottle 2, the cutter 3, and the bottle body 4 charged with water, are connected to each other or the agricultural chemical bottle 2 and the cutter 3 connected to the bottle body 4 charged with water, are connected to each other. The agricultural chemical bottle 2 is pushed deep in the cutter 3 to break a seal sheet 272 of the agricultural chemical at the bottom by the cutter blade 331-334 of the cutter 3 and mix the discharged chemical with the water in the bottle body 4. Then, the upper agricultural chemical seal sheet 271 attached to an outflow plate 21 for the chemical or the sealing cover 23 for the chemical is removed and the scattering bottle 1 for the agricultural chemical solution is shaked to discharge and scatter the solution from the outflow hole 22 for the chemical solution.
