PURPOSE: To realize the scattering line tomography and its device by which scanning is executed one-dimensionally, the photographing time is shortened, and the exposure dose is extremely small.
CONSTITUTION: Pencil beam-like X rays XR are made incident on a body to be measured. In X rays scattered from plural discrete points existing on a straight line of an incident path, only a scattering line of a specific angle is allowed to pass through by slits SL1, SL2 of a shape for forming a concentric circle or a part of a concentric circle, detected by a detector element DE1 of a detector DET of the same shape as the slits SL1, SL2 and a collection of data is executed, and when irradiation on all straight lines of a straight line x=xj is finished, imaging is executed by using the data.
